Abstract
The modern education system is focused on quality as a key criterion for the effectiveness of educational activities. In the context of digitalization, dynamic changes, and increasing requirements for learning outcomes, innovative assessment technologies are gaining special importance. They act not only as a control tool, but also as an important mechanism for managing the quality of the educational process. Innovative assessment technologies are shaping a new philosophy of pedagogical interaction, centered not only on measuring achievements, but also on developing the learner's ability for self-reflection, critical thinking, and conscious learning. Modern assessment is becoming an integrated process that combines analytics, digital tools, and pedagogical empathy. Its goal is not to record the level of knowledge, but to help a person understand their own educational trajectory, identify areas of growth, and develop self-management skills in learning.
