Abstract

Methodological recommendations were developed for the author's educational program of the same name for advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers. They expand teachers' ideas about corporate education in general and, in particular, about the conceptual and methodological foundations of the development of corporate education in Ukraine and abroad, andragogical principles of corporate education and personnel training, psychological features of adult education and training, organizational and methodological support of corporate training in higher education institutions, as well as about trends and prospects for the development of corporate education and training of higher school teachers. The priority task of the methodological recommendations is to assist corporate andragogists with the implementation of the educational program "Corporate Education and Training of Higher School Teachers". Methodological recommendations can be used in institutions of higher and postgraduate education, in organizing research work with graduate students, doctoral students, in institutions of informal education for working with adult educators, representatives of public organizations, and with managers of various levels of education for planning work on the professional development of pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical teams.
