Abstract

The electronic training course “Safety Measures During the Delivery of Vocational-Theoretical Training in VET Institutions” is designed to develop knowledge and skills related to key aspects of occupational health and safety in the context of the ongoing military conflict in Ukraine. Participants will explore essential principles of safety and worker protection under wartime conditions, gain insight into relevant legal frameworks and responsibilities, and learn about risk management strategies. The course also provides practical guidance on how to respond effectively to emergencies. The primary focus is on enhancing the effectiveness of occupational safety instruction by educators, with the goal of improving working conditions and increasing student engagement in vocational education settings, especially during martial law in Ukraine. The electronic training course has been developed in accordance with the comprehensive research topic of BINPO: “Labour Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Professional Development of Specialists in the Context of Ukraine’s Post-War Recovery” (Project No. 0122U202007, 2022–2025).
