Abstract

The article analyzes the role of psychological support for academic staff of higher education institutions under conditions of digitalization, European integration, and martial law. The main areas of psychological assistance, including adaptive counseling, diagnostic, and training technologies, as well as the experience of European universities in supporting teachers’ mental health, are highlighted. The relevance of implementing adapted European models of psychological support in Ukrainian universities as a factor in maintaining professional effectiveness and psychological resilience is substantiated.
