Abstract

The professional activity of a higher education teacher in the 21st century requires not only thorough professional training, mastery of modern teaching methods and academic integrity, but also the presence of leadership qualities that allow you to effectively organize the educational process, influence the academic environment, and inspire students and colleagues. Leadership competence appears as a key component of a teacher's professional growth, which determines the successful implementation of the university's educational mission.
