Abstract

The praxeological approach in pedagogy is studied, which considers the activity of a teacher as a holistic system of actions aimed at achieving maximum efficiency of the educational process. It is proved that praxeological indicators of the quality of pedagogical activity act as criteria that allow us to assess not only the results, but also the rationality, purposefulness, productivity and reflexivity of the teacher's actions. It is contextualized that praxeological indicators of the quality of pedagogical activity are, in fact, criteria for successful professional action that allow us to measure its effectiveness.
