Abstract

The paper presents innovative approaches to the work of psychological service specialists in the context of current social, informational, and security challenges that significantly influence the psychological well-being of teachers and students. The relevance of creating a psychologically safe educational environment and strengthening the system of socio-psychological support under martial law and post-pandemic transformations is emphasized. Key areas of psychological service activities are outlined, including resource-oriented technologies, mindfulness practices, self-regulation techniques, humanistic approaches, and positive psychotherapy. The role of digital tools for monitoring psychological well-being and the importance of comprehensive prevention programs are highlighted. A systemic and interdisciplinary approach is shown to enhance psychological safety, promote teachers’ resilience, and improve the overall effectiveness of the educational process.
