Abstract

The practical guide is dedicated to highlighting innovative practices of professional and personal development of scientific and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions (HEIs) in the context of modern global and national challenges. The essential theoretical dimension of innovative practices of professional and personal development of teachers is emphasized. The role of HEIs as learning organizations in supporting the professional and personal development of scientific and pedagogical staff is revealed. Certain aspects of the professional growth of teachers in the conditions of digital transformation of education are highlighted. Innovative technologies and solutions for the personal and professional development of the target group are presented. Special attention is paid to inclusion practices for the professional growth of teachers and students. The importance of professional competence of teachers as a strategic resource of HEIs is emphasized. The possibilities of international grant support for scientific and pedagogical staff in wartime are analyzed. The practical guide is addressed to pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees of higher, professional, and postgraduate education institutions, researchers of scientific institutions, applicants for scientific degrees, and future teachers.
