Abstract
The article considers the problem of methods for preventing emotional burnout of a practical psychologist when implementing post-COVID socio-psychological rehabilitation of participants in the educational process based on the developed program. The article proposes a psychological methodology aimed at improving the general well-being and reducing the level of emotional burnout of practical psychologists. Attention is focused on the fact that among the methods for preventing emotional burnout, the most effective are such basic approaches as: psychological debriefing interventions; psychological emergency care; emotionally focused cognitive-behavioral therapy; improving stress management skills; eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR); psychoeducation; physical exercise, active lifestyle, yoga, guided imagination.
