Abstract
The materials of the manual are of practical value for designing programs for training pedagogical personnel at the level of higher and additional professional education, can be used by heads of preschool educational institutions, general secondary educational institutions, higher educational institutions of all levels in the process of creating a system of advanced training, training and retraining of pedagogical workers in the field of inclusive education and monitoring its effectiveness. They are also relevant for the pedagogical community, in particular, students of higher educational institutions who are acquiring a pedagogical specialty in this area, as well as scientists in order to assess the readiness of relevant groups of specialists and future specialists to work with children with SEN in war and post-war times.
