Abstract
This study guide presents content modules and topics for updating the psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education. It proposes updating the content of the courses "Pedagogy", "Psychology", and "History of Pedagogy" based on the study of such topics as: trends in teacher education in Ukraine under wartime conditions; foreign practices of teacher training; the principle of cultural conformity in the teaching profession; target orientations in the system of bachelor teacher training with regard to the frameworks for education approved by the European Parliament and the Council of the EU; the provisions of the European doctrine “Education for All”; interdisciplinary foundations of the teacher’s professional activity; psychopedagogy in teacher training, and others. The content of the guide is aimed at forming the psychological, methodological, emotional-ethical, and cultural competences of future teachers. The guide is intended for teachers of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, future teachers studying at the bachelor level of higher education, guarantors of educational and professional programs in the field of education, and all those interested in issues of psychopedagogy and improving the quality of psychological and pedagogical training of future teachers.
