Abstract
The article emphasizes the relevance of the readiness of higher education teachers for educational innovations in the context of European integration. The key factors of professional readiness (deep understanding of European standards, innovative methods, digital competence, international mobility) and psychological readiness (motivation, openness, creativity, reflection, communication skills) are identified and characterized. It is emphasized that the integration of Ukrainian higher education into the European space is possible only under the condition of a comprehensive combination of these professional and personal aspects of readiness.
