Abstract

This article analyzes the institutional model of quality assurance in vocational education and training (VET) in Denmark, with a focus on accreditation mechanisms, external evaluation, and the involvement of social partners. It examines the integration of European frameworks such as EQAVET and CQAF, alongside practices that promote flexible learning pathways. The Danish experience demonstrates an effective balance between regulatory stability and adaptability to labor market needs. The findings may serve as a reference point for the modernization of VET systems in Ukraine and other countries.
