Abstract

The concept of «resilience» is revealed in the publication. In the course of the study, two approaches to the development of resilience of an educator were analyzed. The author emphasizes that the development of the educator's resilience should be based on the principles of resilience and orient the educator to self-care and the satisfaction of the educator's basic needs in active activities, sleep, nutrition and rest.
