Abstract
he proposed development pertains to the components of humanitarian security, which affirm the priority of factors aimed at harmonizing the individual’s psychological sphere during developmental stages through specialized instruction and specialized science-oriented upper secondary education. The priorities and tasks of the content of specialized science-oriented upper secondary education have been developed, the competencies formed as a result of educational activity have been identified, and approaches to the educational program and curriculum have been elaborated. Attention is focused on the nature of the natural and personal components of the multilevel system of specialized science-oriented upper secondary education. At the same time, the preparation of upper secondary students for life and work is directed toward the development and harmonization of the cognitive (knowledge-based), operational-technological (activity-based), motivational (emotional), ethical, social, and behavioral components of the psychological sphere.
