Abstract
Modern technologies are developing very quickly, previously acquired knowledge no longer helps in solving problems, an integral part of the training of future pedagogical workers of preschool educational institutions is the development of such personal characteristics, thanks to which a specialist can successfully interact in a team, effectively adapt to new conditions and find non-standard solutions. Among the main methods of developing soft skills in pedagogical workers of preschool educational institutions, we distinguish the following: self-study; receiving feedback from colleagues about the success of one's actions in developing a specific skill; researching specific situations with the proposal of optimal solutions; searching for and mastering more effective models of behavior when solving tasks that are part of the professional functionality.
