Abstract

The article analyses the peculiarities of the professional activity of teachers working with Ukrainian children abroad in the context of a dual educational trajectory (distance learning in Ukraine and face-to-face learning in the country of residence). The key areas of a teacher's work are identified: ensuring continuity of education, using digital tools, adapting the content of education, providing psychological and pedagogical support, and preserving Ukrainian identity. The main professional challenges (organisational, methodological, socio-psychological and intercultural) are outlined and strategic approaches to overcoming them are proposed.
