Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the role of effective PPP management as a key factor in the quality of vocational education. The methods include analysis of scientific sources, synthesis, and generalization. Research results: the key features of public-private partnership management in Germany, Denmark, and Poland are highlighted, its essence and levels of subjectivity are characterized, the results of the experiment proving the positive dynamics of the development of the managerial competence of public-private partnership entities and the successful implementation of innovative technologies for its development are presented, and attention is focused on the scientific and methodological support of the phenomenon under study. The practical significance of the study lies in providing sound recommendations for optimizing the management of public-private partnerships, which are presented in the conclusions. In particular, it is determined that increasing its effectiveness requires strategic coordination and the establishment of intensive dialogue between all interested parties, targeted development of the subjectivity and managerial competence of all partnership participants, active involvement of business representatives in the management structures of educational institutions and investments in modern infrastructure and digitalization, improvement of the quality criteria for vocational education and training, and regularity of relevant audits. Prospects for further research include the design and implementation of quality management technologies for vocational education and training in the context of digitalization and the green transition.
