Abstract

The article explores the potential of applying the IKEA Effect as a powerful tool for the purposeful development of agency among future Doctors of Philosophy in the specialty "Vocational Education". The structure of agency (subjectivity, proactivity, self-efficacy) is considered in the context of scientific training. It is analyzed how the integration of the principles of personal involvement and independent construction into project activity processes contributes to the formation of high-quality scientific research and a proactive, responsible scientific position of the learners.
