Abstract
Individualization of training in the vocational education system is not just a modern trend, but a strategic direction of its modernization, which meets the challenges and needs of the labor market. It promotes the transition from unified, standardized models to a flexible, personally oriented system that takes into account the interests, abilities, pace and style of learning of the student, forms a motivated, responsible and independent student, able to think critically and act effectively in a professional environment. The transition from standardized models to flexible educational trajectories allows you to take into account the personal characteristics of students, ensures high-quality training of qualified personnel and their compliance with the requirements of modern production. Building an individual professional trajectory not only increases the effectiveness of the educational process, but also contributes to the formation of a competitive specialist capable of continuous professional growth, self-realization and adaptation to changes in the labor market.
