Abstract

The system of psychological support implemented by Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) is analyzed, which encompasses a wide range of measures. The main directions of work are defined as follows: individual counseling for processing personal experiences and establishing self-regulation; group interventions (trainings, discussions) for the development of communication skills, stress management, and psychological education; and the development of practical recommendations and self-help guidelines.
