Abstract

The educational and professional program for advanced training courses "Higher School Pedagogy" is aimed at increasing the level of competences of teachers of higher education institutions in the context of organizing and implementing the educational process in higher education institutions, mastering the basics of pedagogical and professional psychology, and pedagogical management. The program reflects the current state of pedagogical science regarding the development of professional competencies of teachers of higher education institutions, necessary in the modern labor market, contains a set of educational components, in particular content modules, control measures, etc., aimed at achieving certain learning outcomes (competences), which entitles specialists to obtain certain educational and professional qualifications in accordance with social and educational challenges, employers and key stakeholders. The educational and professional program is intended for advanced training of teachers of higher education institutions in various forms of training. After successfully mastering the program, professional (professional, subject) competencies are acquired or improved.
