Abstract

The paper examines the specific features of self-educational activities of higher education academic staff in a corporate environment. It substantiates the significance of the andragogical approach for enhancing the effectiveness of professional development among university instructors. It also highlights the factors that determine the specifics of self-educational activity in corporate training conditions and contribute to the development of autonomy, reflexivity, and motivation for continuous self-improvement.
