Abstract

The article analyses the features of implementing traditional and innovative technologies in corporate education at higher education institutions. The effectiveness of combining passive, active, and interactive teaching methods in corporate education at universities is substantiated. It is clarified that passive teaching methods are appropriate to use at the preparatory stage of learning for independent work with large volumes of theoretical material. Active teaching methods are appropriate for discussing cases, analysing conducted research, and exchanging ideas. It is proven that interactive teaching methods are considered innovative technologies because they focus on dynamic changes in the learning process, based on the development of thinking, creative abilities, and social-adaptive skills of the individual. Interactive technologies in corporate education at higher education institutions represent a special form of organizing the educational process, aimed at creating comfortable learning conditions where every participant feels their success and intellectual ability. Interactive methods imply learning through interaction, aimed at activating cognitive activity, which occurs in the form of a dialogue (or polylogue) between participants, between participants and the corporate andragogic, or in mini-groups based on cooperation and co-creation. Thanks to the effective combination of different methods, students' motivation for learning increases, they become aware of their individuality, and the number of students who consciously absorb educational material, look for alternative ways to solve problems, model situations, and predict their solutions increases. The effective combination of passive, active, and interactive methods makes the corporate learning process more flexible, personalized, and efficient.
