Abstract

In the context of the transformation of Ukraine's educational space, the professional development of higher education institution (HEI) faculty is acquiring the characteristics of corporate education and strategic importance for shaping their professional identity as a mentor, researcher, and partner. The study identifies three key interconnected trends that define the new architecture of professional growth: digital transformation and AI integration, continuous professional improvement within the context of new professional standards, and international scientific integration. This dynamic model reorients corporate education towards flexibility, innovativeness, and practical results, ensuring the effective adaptation of faculty to the challenges of the digital age and enhancing the competitiveness of HEIs.
