Abstract

The teaching and methodological manual is the result of the research of scientists from the Department of Educational Design and practicing teachers regarding the formation of life success of high school students in the post-war reality. The first section analyzes the essence and content of the concepts of "success" and "life success"; presents descriptions of life-creating abilities and properties of a successful high school student's personality; the role of moral and volitional qualities is emphasized; approaches and criteria for shaping the life success of high school students are described. The second section contains a description of the variable system of teacher training and presents the filling of methodological cases with tasks and exercises for shaping the life success of high school students. The materials can be used for planning scientific and methodological work with teachers, developing advanced training courses in the system of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education; they can be useful for teachers, methodologists, students and postgraduates who are interested in innovative practices of educational work in modern educational institutions.
