Abstract

The article examines the state of Ukraine’s educational system under the legal regime of martial law and highlights the role of international support in ensuring its functioning. It emphasizes the large-scale destruction of educational infrastructure caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and the relevance of international assistance in restoring educational institutions, organizing distance learning, and integrating Ukrainian pupils and students into the European educational space. A separate, very important and effective direction of international cooperation has been the initiation of sanctions and other types of restrictions by international partners on cooperation with representatives of the aggressor country. The decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine "On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)". The contribution of international organizations (UNICEF, UNESCO, the European Union, USAID, the World Bank) to supporting Ukraine’s educational system is analyzed, as well as the importance of academic mobility programs and scientific partnerships in preserving the country’s educational potential. Summary of the Bologna Process Support Group Meeting The General Assembly of the European Register for Quality Assurance in Higher Education initiated the adoption of a decision by the Bologna Process Support Group to suspend the right of representation of the Russian Federation and Belarus in the Bologna Process, as well as in working groups and all other structures and the work program of the European Higher Education Area. The basis for this decision was a corresponding statement signed by 39 governmental, 6 consultative members of the Bologna Process and representatives of the European Register for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
