Abstract
The Netherlands' vocational education and training system is characterized by flexibility, close integration with the business environment, and innovative approaches to quality assurance. The analysis of the peculiarities of this system allows us to identify the factors underlying its success and to highlight potential lessons for the modernization of educational systems in other countries and, in particular, in Ukraine. The quality of vocational education and training in the Kingdom of the Netherlands is seen as a multidimensional concept that encompasses not only academic standards, but also the relevance of qualifications to labor market requirements, learning effectiveness, and the level of satisfaction of all stakeholders.
