Abstract
The relevance of the study of the responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions for the development of education seekers is due to: the significance of the psychological influence of pedagogical workers on education seekers; insufficient study of the psychological features of the development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions compared to other categories of persons; lack of reliable, effective and proven programs and technologies for the development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. The purpose of the study: to determine the psychological features and develop means of developing social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. One of the tasks of the study is to develop and test a program for the development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. The training program we have developed contributes to the development of social responsibility of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions, who, in turn, contribute to the development of social responsibility of vocational education seekers.
