Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of strategies for solving life problems in difficult life circumstances. The factors determining the choice of certain strategies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the identified strategies in relation to the specific conditions of their application are determined. It is noted that in the context of a military conflict, the strategies used by an individual in peacetime are often ineffective, which necessitates the search for new models of behaviour. The study is based on empirical data, which allows for a deeper understanding of the specifics of the formation and choice of strategies in difficult life conditions. The main models of solving life tasks in crisis situations are allocated: support-seeking strategy, integrative strategy of self-realisation, integrated strategy of survival and action, strategy of resilience and decision making, adaptive choice, innovation and partnership strategy, and passive avoidance strategy. The support-seeking strategy involves turning to social resources to help adapt to change. The integrative strategy of self-realisation helps the individual to maintain a balance between external challenges and internal needs. A comprehensive survival strategy combines tactical decisions, emotional resilience, and the use of available resources. The strategy of resilience and decision-making is based on the individual's ability to adapt and control the situation even under stressful conditions. Adaptive choices allow you to respond quickly to changing circumstances and minimise risks. The innovation and partnership strategy is aimed at finding non-standard solutions through interaction with other people. At the same time, a passive strategy can temporarily reduce stress levels, but in the long run it often leads to a loss of control over the situation. The results of the study show that the choice of strategy depends on the level of emotional intensity of the task, its prospects, complexity, awareness, life experience and the person's ability to analyse risks. Often, a person combines several strategies, adapting them to specific circumstances. The authors propose a description of the components of the algorithm of conscious application of strategies, which can form the basis for the development of practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of life strategies during war and maintaining psychological resilience.
