Abstract

The article analyzes the essence of the concept of "educational environment" in the context of the auditory-speech development of children with cochlear implants. The role of barrier-free space in meeting the special educational needs of such children is indicated. Environmental factors influencing the auditory and speech development of children with cochlear implants were identified and their effects at the micro- and macro-levels were revealed.
