Abstract

A comparative analysis of gifted education support systems and quality assurance mechanisms in leading countries has been conducted. The main directions of support for gifted students have been substantiated. Institutional models, assessment mechanisms, pedagogical strategies, and policy frameworks that shape the educational environment for the development of gifted learners are examined. Opportunities for adapting international experience to the Ukrainian context have been identified in order to enhance the effectiveness of educational policy.
