Abstract
The article indicates that education should be focused on developing the ability of young people to work in the new world of constant change, multivariateness, uncertainty, and unpredictability and meet its requirements. The key provisions of harmonizing psychological knowledge with the space of practical psychotherapeutic methods are substantiated during the development of a special course on the methodology of intervision support for practical psychologists who carry out postcovid social and psychological rehabilitation of participants in the educational process. The practice of short-term therapy, its principles and the method of questions that are used to improve the interventional skills of psychologists of educational institutions are highlighted and characterized. The article highlights the need to determine the content of practices from a socio-psychological perspective, to identify their properties that are significant for the individual, and to deal with those aspects of his life that have remained undisclosed for a long time. The psychological and pedagogical research of the team of the Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Center for Practical Psychology and Social Work under the leadership of Professor, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Pank V.G. is outlined, and the focus of attention is focused on the Program of a thematic special course on the methodology of intervision support for practical psychologists who carry out post-COVID social and psychological rehabilitation of participants in the educational process and social work. The concept of “psychological support practices” is specified, and the essence of the concept of “psychological practices” is also determined to enhance the effectiveness of providing assistance. The fundamentals of intervision are therapy focused on solving and developing realistic solutions, based on a vision of the desired future and the development of the available resources of the individual. The essential characteristics are skills that reflect the level of its perception and changing the problem through questioning methods, scaling, etc. The role of the training system for practical psychologists as a component of the development of professional competencies is highlighted.
