Abstract

The article highlights the practical experience of educational libraries in creating an electronic information space. It analyzes various forms and approaches, scientific and methodological foundations for the development of educational libraries as an integral part of the educational environment, as well as the experience of designing and using information resources. The aim of the study is to analyze digitalization strategies in the field of education and identify the key role of educational libraries in this process. The article seeks to demonstrate how digitalization transforms access to knowledge, enhances the quality of the educational process, and creates new opportunities for teaching and learning. Specifically, the research emphasizes the significance of educational libraries as innovative centers for information support, platforms for developing digital competencies, and integrators of modern technologies in educational processes. The study employs a systematic analysis of contemporary approaches to forming electronic library environments, methods for comparing the experiences of various educational libraries, and practical outcomes of implementing information technologies in educational settings. The scientific novelty of the article lies in its comprehensive exploration of the use of integrated information resources by educational libraries in the context of their interaction with the educational environment. It analyzes modern technologies such as cloud services, automated catalogs, and global information networks, which contribute to ideal access to knowledge. The conducted research allows the formulation of conclusions that the experience of educational libraries demonstrates the effectiveness of using innovative approaches that enhance user service quality, support the educational process, and integrate into the global information ecosystem. Increased implementation of digital technologies ensures broader access to resources, strengthens their role in the educational space, and contributes to enhancing their social significance.
