Abstract

The article covers the description and approbation results of a comprehensive program of psychological support for the development of personality hardiness by means of positive psychotherapy, which consists of three blocks and is a developing psychological and therapeutic program. It is noted that hardiness training is based on the assumption that hardiness is not an innate quality, but is formed during life. It is a belief system that can be developed. To build a training program, we were based on the principles of group work. The training was conducted with full-time bachelor students of the Department of Psychology of the Institute of Social Technologies of the University ‘Ukraine’ and lasted 10 weeks, during which 5 classes of 6 hours were held. It was found that the participants gave high enough scores, which indicates that the training for them was one that has an important topic, contains new information, is practically meaningful, rich and consistent. It is determined that the developed program of psychological support of personality hardiness has a positive effect on all its components. All indicators of personality hardiness have increased.
