Abstract
The thesis presents the proprietary OntOS (Ontological Open System) technology—an online platform designed for building digital collections and educational resources based on computer ontologies. OntOS enables the creation of structured electronic resources in the form of ontological graphs, where each object can contain content in various digital formats (text, quizzes, interactive applications, etc.). The project showcases OntOS applications in developing digital libraries, e-textbooks, virtual museums, and learning platforms. Notable examples include the “Scientists of the NAS of Ukraine” collection and a series of electronic textbooks used in educational institutions. The system provides tools for data visualization, filtering, export, and interactive engagement. The results demonstrate OntOS’s effectiveness as a tool for rapid creation and adaptation of educational resources aligned with modern digitalization standards in education.
