Abstract

The article highlights the need to reassess existing models and technologies for evaluating the results of the professional performance of school principals. This necessity arises from the growing number of socio-economic, technogenic, and emergency-related challenges that have significantly altered the responsibilities of general secondary education leaders—not only in Ukraine but globally.
