Abstract

The role of knowledge bases, in particular knowledge graphs, in organizing information in crisis situations is investigated. The impact of modern business analysis tools on the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases is analyzed. The advantages of using knowledge graphs for organizing data during crises are considered. Key requirements for the effective use of knowledge bases, such as data quality and security, are identified.
