Abstract
The article substantiates the importance of pedagogical technologies as a key instrument in developing the professional competence of instructors in vocational colleges. A comprehensive classification of pedagogical technologies that foster educators’ professional growth is proposed, including: active interaction technologies (problem-based, contextual, situational, and cooperative learning), interactive approaches (heuristic learning, critical thinking, project-based learning, tutoring support), simulation-based methods (role-playing, expressive psychotechniques, workshops), and digital strategies. It is emphasized that the effective application of these technologies shapes instructors into reflective, innovative, and methodologically flexible professionals capable of continuous self-development within the dynamic contemporary educational environment.
