Abstract

The use of active interaction technologies as an effective tool for developing the professional competence of teaching staff at vocational colleges within the system of continuing professional education is examined. The importance of active forms of interaction that foster self-reflection, experience exchange, and professional self-development among educators is substantiated. The technologies of problem-based, contextual, situational, and cooperative learning are characterized.
