Abstract

The aim of the study was to provide theoretical justification and empirical research into the specifics of the influence of a person's self-esteem on their status and role realization in a group of vocational (vocational and technical) education applicants. The study showed that a positive social status prevails in the group, but there are education applicants who need additional attention and support. Timely and targeted measures will help improve the microclimate in the group and ensure the social integration of all education applicants.
