Abstract
This practical guide highlights certain aspects of organisational and informational support for the professional and personal growth of higher education teachers as a set of interrelated organisational measures, methodological tools, informational materials, etc. The guide is structured to ensure the acquisition of a wide range of competencies (self-education, digital, media, critical thinking, gender, communication, English language, methodological, project, emotional, leadership, and creative). Particular attention is paid to the practical orientation of the development of the identified competencies: practical cases, recommendations, methodological comments, advice and guidelines are presented. The implementation of the practical guide will contribute to the development of the competence potential of scientific and pedagogical workers, serving as a tool for self-reflection, the realisation of individual trajectories of personal and professional growth, and increasing the adaptability of higher education institution teachers and the education system to modern challenges. The materials in the practical guide are intended for a wide range of readers: pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher, pre-higher and postgraduate education institutions, future andragogues-practitioners and scientists.
