Abstract

The practical guide presents the theoretical justification and practical application of the authorial method of OTM Therapy (ObrazoTvorche Mystetstvo Therapy) as an innovative approach to stress management, psychocorrection, and psychoprophylaxis. The purpose of the work is to create an integrated system of art-therapeutic tools based on Slavic archetypes for effective work with psycho-emotional states and for promoting personal transformation. The guide contains a generalization of theoretical foundations (neuroaesthetics, flow theory, psychodynamic approach) and detailed practical protocols, which may serve as a basis for developing scientifically grounded programs of psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis using culturally specific archetypal resources. The publication is addressed to psychologists, art therapists, helping professionals, lecturers of higher educational institutions of psychological and pedagogical profile, postgraduate students, as well as to everyone working in the field of stress management and personal development.
