Abstract
The methodical guide is devoted to the coverage of the results of scientific research and practical experience of the authors on the development of digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff by means of open educational and scientific information systems. The model and methodology for the development of digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff by means of open educational and scientific information systems are presented, the content, forms, methods and means of developing digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff by means of open educational and scientific information systems are highlighted. The manual contains theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for the acquisition of knowledge, development of skills and abilities of researchers and academic staff to develop the digital competence of researchers and academic staff through open educational and scientific information systems. The manual can be used in scientific institutions and higher education institutions, in-service training courses for researchers and research and pedagogical staff, as well as for the training of postgraduate students, doctoral students in the field of knowledge “Education/Pedagogy” and for anyone interested in the use of information and digital technologies in research and scientific and pedagogical activities.
