Abstract
The problem of forming entrepreneurial competence of future bachelors in business economics in the process of professional training is considered. The contradiction between the requirements of the modern labour market for the training of competitive specialists with developed entrepreneurial competence and the insufficient readiness of scientific and pedagogical staff to use effective pedagogical tools is identified. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, 12 pedagogical conditions have been identified and ranked, among which the four most significant are: motivational and value orientation of students; development of personal qualities and entrepreneurial thinking; use of innovative educational technologies; integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skills through cooperation with the business environment. It is substantiated that the implementation of these pedagogical conditions ensures the formation of a sustainable motivation for entrepreneurship, development of creativity, initiative, responsibility and readiness of future specialists for independent business. It is concluded that an integrated approach to the formation of entrepreneurial competence contributes to the training of competitive bachelors adapted to modern economic challenges.
