Abstract
The study shows the dynamic transformation of vocational guidance in response to changes in the labor market, the education system, and social demands. The theoretical framework is characterized, including elements of psychology, pedagogy, sociology, and career counseling, which makes this area interdisciplinary and more responsive to the real needs of both students and employers. The methodological emphasis is placed on the integration of career guidance into the curriculum, its inclusion in practical training, and the use of innovative technologies such as digital career platforms and psychodiagnostic tools. The article highlights the prospects for the development of the theory and methodology of vocational guidance for applicants for professional higher education, which will focus on personalized learning paths, closer cooperation between educational institutions and employers, as well as the introduction of flexible digital career management tools.
