Abstract

The theses are devoted to the analysis of the educational and social environment through the prism of the professional work of specialists of the psychological service of the education system. Tendencies towards active changes due to the influence of the Russian-Ukrainian war in the post-COVID stage have been identified. Factors of specialist development, changes in professional vectors and acceleration of the pace of work have been established.
