Abstract
This article reveals the content of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the education of determination, purposefulness and self-control by means of physical culture. It has been established that for the effective education of moral and volitional qualities (determination, purposefulness, self-control) in the process of physical education, it is necessary to create conditions that reveal specific mechanisms of the educational influence of physical culture on the formation of the moral and volitional sphere of the personality. These conditions include: the organizational and pedagogical condition "Focus on planning physical education classes and the sports and health process with an emphasis on the development of volitional regulation of the high school student's personality." (Content of the condition. To cultivate moral and volitional qualities, it is important that the content and structure of physical education lessons and sports and recreation activities are aimed not only at achieving motor perfection, but also at creating conditions for psychological tension, the need to make decisions, and overcome difficulties.); organizational and pedagogical condition "Creating a motivational environment that stimulates the activity and initiative of high school students in the process of sports and recreation activities" (Content of the condition. No strong-willed quality is formed without an internal desire to overcome obstacles and be better. Therefore, the teacher must create an educational environment that would inspire self-improvement, provide support and form motivation in high school students to participate in physical education classes not out of compulsion, but out of personal interest in self-development and self-improvement); organizational and pedagogical condition "Organization of sports and health activities in variable and psychologically difficult conditions" (Content of the condition. The upbringing of such qualities as determination, purposefulness, self-control requires going beyond comfortable conditions. It is in unusual or psychologically tense situations (stressful, conflict, time-limited) that students gain experience in overcoming themselves, which is the main factor in the formation of willpower. Thi s condition creates the effect of approaching real life challenges); organizational and pedagogical condition "Personally oriented interaction of the teacher with students" (Content of the condition. Moral and volitional qualities cannot be cultivated in isolation, without the context of social interaction - their upbringing is preceded by interaction with an authoritative adult, who not only teaches techniques and techniques, but also acts as a moral guide for high school students. Personally meaningful communication, support, recognition of the student's personal growth - all this strengthens his readiness for internal work on himself, builds confidence in his own actions and choices); organizational and pedagogical condition "Reflective support of physical education" (Content of the condition. The physical efforts that high school students make in physical education lessons and in sports and recreation activities must be analyzed and understood in order to transform into a valuable moral experience).
