Abstract
The philosophical foundations of assessing the professionalism of teaching staff in wartime conditions are considered, in particular, taking into account the transformation of values, social challenges and humanistic guidelines. It is analyzed how changes in the social situation and the moral and psychological climate affect teaching activities and the criteria for its evaluation. The need for rethinking the goals, methods and ethical principles of educational interaction is substantiated.
