Abstract
The teaching and methodological manual is designed for teaching staff of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions to update and improve their knowledge regarding the formation and forecasting of demand for specialists in various regions of Ukraine in the context of post-war reconstruction. The manual is aimed at improving the qualifications of teaching staff and preparing them for effective work with students in order to adapt them to the needs of the post-war labor market. It includes theoretical material on the analysis of current trends in the formation of demand on the labor market, as well as practical methods and tools for forecasting these needs in different regions of the country. The manual also contains examples of training programs taking into account the specifics of regional characteristics and the demand for specific professions in the recovery period. Its goal is to provide teaching staff with the necessary knowledge and tools to train qualified specialists who will meet the needs of the labor market and contribute to the socio-economic recovery of Ukraine's regions after the war. The materials of this publication will provide a useful theoretical basis and practical tools for understanding and analyzing the peculiarities of the formation of demand for specialists in different regions of the country in the post-war period. They will help vocational education teachers adapt curricula and methodologies to the specific needs of the labor market and regional characteristics.
